This outboard motor is designed for medium-sized to large racing and sports boats up to about 1 m hull length. Power is transmitted from the integral SPEED 820 BB TURBO RACE electric motor to the propeller shaft by means of metal bevel gears, and the shafts run in V2A stainless ballraces. The out-board motor is mounted on the boat´s transom by means of four screws. The hole spacing is the same as that of the OS MAX 21 XM outboard glowplug motor (Order No. 1912), so the two power plants are easily interchangeable. The mount permits about 12 mm height adjustment and thrustline angle adjustment of about +/- 10°.
